TÜV MeetUp "The AI Advantage"

This English language TÜV Meetup was a deep dive into the German and European state of the art of AI auditing and certification. We have discussed how certified trustworthiness of AI systems and innovations can pave the way for our "AI Advantage" and competitiveness, also in the context of meeting the requirements of the EU AI Act. It took place on the same day as the AI Action Summit events and Safer Internet Day (SID) 2025.

We have discussed the following questions

• Trustworthy AI: Do we have a common understanding in Europe of the term's dimensions and success factors?
• AI Certification: What is the state of the art in terms of auditing and benchmarking key AI quality dimensions?
• AI/Internet Cybersecurity: How can we mitigate risks for a safer internet (especially for kids/teens/vulnerable)?
• AI Compliance: How can the EU AI Act be implemented for a level playing field and AI innovations "Made in Europe"?
• AI Competitiveness: What is needed to strengthen Europe's edge regarding the Trusted AI Advantage?
